No refills for washroom supplies, we provide enough for first few weeks. Large bedroom fits up to 4 people. Guests can use washer and dryer but bring your own laundry detergent. Machines are located in basement. Guest access We are trying to make it like a motel, so your access is just your room, and washroom. Other things to note Kitchen usage is NOT included (small induction cooker only). Make sure to lock our main door after leaving house. Don't be late to check out without getting our permission.
