Simple basement rooms in a modest house. Both rooms are next to each other with washroom just a few steps in the hallway. Hallway has a door that can be closed. We only need to open that door to access the laundry area during the day. If parking is required, please inform us. For 2 guests requiring 2 beds (separate bed in each room), a one-time fee of $20 applies. For 3-4 guests requiring 3 beds, a one-time fee of $20 applies. By default, sofa bed is set up for the 5th person.
