Motel style: 2 rooms, dining area, private washroom

Simple basement rooms in a modest house. Both rooms are next to each other with washroom just a few steps in the hallway. Hallway has a door that can be closed. We only need to open that door to access the laundry area during the day. If parking is required, please inform us. For 2 guests requiring 2 beds (separate bed in each room), a one-time fee of $20 applies. For 3-4 guests requiring 3 beds, a one-time fee of $20 applies. By default, sofa bed is set up for the 5th person. The space Bedroom 1 contains: Double size bed Sofa (set up as a bed for 5th guest if needed) Pair of slippers per guest Desk 32" TV with Apple TV + Netflix Bedroom 2 / Dining room contains: Double size bed (only setup for 3rd or 4th guest or by request) Mini fridge Induction cooker + pot and pan for light cooking Toaster oven Kettle Plates and bowls Set of towels per guest Facial tissue Table Few chairs Sofa Door has lock and key 43" TV with Apple TV + Netflix We provide a Brita water pitcher and access to bathroom sink tap water, which is completely safe and tasty in our location. Private washroom in hallway contains: Hair dryer Shampoo Conditioner Shower gel Toilet paper No refills for washroom supplies, we provide enough for first few weeks. Guests can use washer and dryer but bring your own laundry detergent. Machines are located in basement. Guest access We are trying to make it like a motel, so your access is just your room, and washroom. Other things to note Kitchen usage is NOT included (light cooking with induction cooker in Bedroom 2 only). Make sure to lock our main door after leaving house. Don't be late to check out without getting our permission.
